We guarantee all our animals are healthy upon arrival and come with a seven
day health guarantee. If the animal dies within the seven day health guarantee you must contact us within the seven
day health guarantee to receive a full money back refund on the purchase price of that animal. You will also need
to show proof of death with the return of the animal or specific photos that we will require you to provide.
We
believe that people purchase a spacific animal for a spacific reason whether it be for color, pattern, size or temperment.
That's why we offer a money back guarantee if your not satisfied.
SHIPPING
We
are a certified reptile shipper with FedEx. We ship all reptiles priority overnight to your door by 10:30 AM to
most major cities for a flat rate of $55 for packages under two pounds across the U.S.. We guarantee live arrival.
FedEx guarantees packages by 10:30 AM the following day of shipped date to most major cities. Apon receiving
the package you must contact us by phone or email within 30 minutes of arrival if the animal is D.O.A (Dead On Arrivel)
or our guarantee is void. If the carrier is late for what ever reason with the package and doe's not arrive by 10:30 AM
the live arrival guarantee is void. If you have received a D.O.A animal and have met our terms we will return the purchase
price of the animal and only the animal. We do not refund for shipping cost. We ship year round Monday through Thursday.
